Time-elapsed Lego Imperial Star Destroyer construction

* Waves at all the slashdot people *

Right click -> save as.

This is originally from adognamedfish.com from January 2003. Slashdot can be pretty slow sometimes. ;)

I thought the movie was pretty meh until the end when it came together all at once.

GG slashdot effect

Haha, here's the second graph now that I've been uncapped.

GG slashdot effect x 2

GG residual slashdot effect

    I mirrored the file shortly after the story broke, and I've uploaded about 35 GB until now. I've made a round robin script and am redirecting 2/3 of of the requests to your server, I hope it's okay with you?

    Makes no difference to me. I've got 2TB to waste.

    Greate, then I'll just make it 5/6 or something. I'm about to hit my limit, and I'm still uploading at about 5 Mbit/s.

    Hi Rian,
    do you mind if I add your link as a mirror to my site? People keep asking me to provide a link to the large version but I cannot provide it myself at the moment and the mirrors seem to be very slow. My server is busy enough as it is uploading the medium version ;)

    Thanks,
    Esther

    Sure, dude, that's cool with me. :) (Please link to this blog entry rather than the file directly if you don't mind, though.)

    Done. Linked to your post. It'd be great if you added a link to my original post, too. Just so people know where the video is coming from, you know :)
